How frosty was the weather this weekend? Brrrrrrr! To help warm us up, I cooked a big pot of veggie soup accompanied with cornbread for dunking. Although quite oily I was please with the result of the Petite Kitchen cornbread recipe. Cooking it in a skillet resulted in a super crunchy base, which was gooooood. The cornbread was a big hit was the family, and I'm almost certain that when I get home from work there won't be any left.
