We have a leaky kitchen tap, so called the plumber in to come & fix it. He pulled it apart, told us it couldn't be fixed, and 'By the way', he said, 'Your kitchen bench top is rotten so you need to replace that too'. Arghhhhhhh! Not what we needed.
We don't have a big budget, so there will be nothing fancy like engineered stone. I love the bench top in the top two photos - made from plywood & laminate, and also like the idea of an all wood look. Not sure if the budget will though.
My saturday night has been spent online researching and emailing companies to see who can help me create the look we want. I'll keep you updated on what happens.
